The Federal Space Agency of the Russian Federation is developing a promising manned transport system "which will be able to fly to the moon," the head of Roscosmos Vladimir Popovkin said on the air of Vesti FM radio station. According to him, Russia, NASA and the European Space Agency are actively discussing plans to create lunar bases.
“The exploration of the moon is planned. Today, we plan to launch two automatic devices there by 2020,”the RBC news agency reports, adding that, obviously, the head of the agency was referring to the Luna-Glob and Luna-Resource devices.
According to Popovkin, now Roskosmos is discussing plans to create lunar bases and develop the resources of an Earth satellite with NASA and the European Space Agency.
“We don’t want a human to step on the moon just once again. Today much more is known about it; today it is known that there is water in the circumpolar regions. Today we are talking about this with both NASA and the European Space Agency - about starting its exploration. And here there are two options: either to make a base on the Moon, or to make a station around the Moon,”he said, adding that the fate of this space program largely depends on funding.
Earlier, in April 2011, the proposal to unite the efforts of the states participating in the International Space Station (ISS) program for the implementation of projects to study the Moon and planets of the Solar System was put forward by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. “Using the already accumulated experience of cooperation, we propose to unite the efforts of the states participating in the ISS program to implement projects to study the Moon, Mars and other planets of the solar system,” he said at a meeting on the prospects for the development of Russian cosmonautics (quoted by RIA Novosti).
The moon is the only natural satellite of the Earth and the only celestial body on the surface of which a person has managed to step on at the moment. The average distance between two celestial bodies is 384 467 km. The gravitational forces between the Earth and the Moon cause natural phenomena such as the ebb and flow of the sea.
Human observation of the satellite of our planet and its study has been conducted since ancient times. For the first time, mankind managed to set foot on the surface of the Moon in the second half of the twentieth century. On July 21, 1969, American Neil Armstrong landed on the moon.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, under the auspices of the United Nations, has released an alarming report warning of the consequences of inaction
Humans Will Not Be Able To Live On The Moon, As Moon Dust Causes Lung Cancer
Living on the moon turned out to be much more dangerous than previously imagined. Moon dust was previously thought to be toxic and cause an unusual illness in astronauts, but now researchers say it may cause and develop lung cancer. The image below shows astronaut Harrison Schmitt from the Apollo 17 mission, December 1972. Schmitt works on the lunar surface and uses an adjustable scoop to collect rock and soil samples (paranormal-news.ru). To his spacesuit while collecting samples

Preparing To Fly To The Moon: 6 Researchers Will Spend 17 Days In Isolation
A large-scale scientific experiment has begun in Moscow. The Institute of Medical and Biological Problems launched a "ship" on which they will study the long stay of people in space. The first stage is a simulated flight to the moon. NTV writes about it. [advert] This joint Russian-American project was named Sirius. The study of the behavior of crews during long-distance flights, they are sure at the institute, will help when the first manned space station is built on the lunar orbit.
