A strange story with the grave of a man, 6 meters tall, was recently spread in the Russian media. This grave is located in Bashkortostan, and this man was allegedly akin to the forest giants - a local analogue of the Yeti

In a Bashkir village, the grave of a 6-meter giant was discovered - Bashkortostan, the South Ural, a grave, a giant, a giant
In a Bashkir village, the grave of a 6-meter giant was discovered - Bashkortostan, the South Ural, a grave, a giant, a giant

It all started with the post of the "Yangan-Tau Geopark" group in VKontakte. This park is located on the territory of Bashkortostan in the Salavat region.

In a post by the group, posted on October 6, 2019, it was said that near the village of Tashaulovo, which stands on the territory of the park on the banks of the Yuryuzan River, there is a very unusual attraction - the grave of a giant 6 meters tall.

All residents of Tashaulovo are convinced that this grave contains a man of gigantic stature, and moreover, his grave is a cult place for them. They also believe that the giant's remains protect their village from seasonal floods.

In the photographs posted in the group, you can see something enclosed by a red fence. It was mentioned that this fence was erected (landscaped) on the grave in the same October, and before that the grave was only a small mound.

Later, in November, more information about this grave appeared in the Bashkir newspaper "On the land of Salavat". It was indicated that it is located very close to a dense forest - that is, after his death, this person was not buried in the local cemetery, but separately.

In the same newspaper, it was mentioned that the locals talk about how the 6-meter giant was a very kind, but lonely person. And the locals also believed that he was descended from … the local counterpart of the Yeti. And that there were many such giants in the South Urals before.

Polina Polezhankina, biologist of the Yangan-Tau Geopark, notes that no scientific research was carried out on the grave (and apparently there was no exhumation of the remains either), but the locals very much believe in the existence of this giant and at the same time try not to tell anyone about his grave once again …

This is probably why even Russian researchers of anomalous phenomena did not know about this very unusual place before.
